Kincora posters. (Textures)Friday November 13th (2015)
When I took this photograph last Thursday in London I had no idea what Kincora meant. The poster hints at all sorts of things without giving any real clue as to its meaning. The Kincora Boys' Home was a boys' home in Belfast, Northern Ireland that was the scene of serious organised child sexual abuse, causing a scandal and attempted cover-up in 1980, with credible allegations of state collusion, and still the subject of legal proceedings as of 2015.
